Four Seasons Residential Care Center

Had high hopes for this place. Don’t be fooled by the 5 star ratings as many are from staff/management. They do have (or had) some really sweet staff members that go above and beyond. Shout out to Tameka on the weekends. They also have some amazing volunteers who come in for activities and have prizes and make seasonal decorations. Healthcare is a tough place right now and staffing is an issue everywhere. But I worked in medical management and if the staff you have is not doing their job, it is up to you to step in and make sure things are done properly until you hire someone that can. Kim, who is listed as the director, takes no accountability. Unless you are someone who needs minimal assistance, she isn’t going to be much help. A representative of Four Seasons driving the company vehicle (Four Seasons logo on side of vehicle) parked right next to and slightly behind my truck (she tried to “make herself a parking spot” where there was not sufficient room to park) at the Salem Dairy Bar early this afternoon. This caused immense distress as I tried pulling out of my parking spot. She had arrived right before I started to leave. This nearly caused a traffic mishap as I had to very carefully dodge her car right up next to me and a pole behind me as I tried to back out and pull onto the busy road. Ma’am, Please do not park in this manner again!

My Family member resided there for a little over a year. Very poor communication from staff to Family Members. the hallways smell like urine, the staff within itself sabotages each other. very short staffed, orders from doctors CANT be ordered ontime cause they dont have a DOC ( DIRECTOR OF CARE) or a nurse to get the orders filled for the patients. I moved my Family member and she is doing alot better. They let people suffer in that place until they are shipped out to a hospital. My Family member went 1 month with diarrhea that led to her being hospitalized and diagnosed with coalitis. DONT TRUST THE OWNER MIKE SHAPPERD LLC. WITH YOUR LOVED ONES.

this is the best assisted living in the world!!! and definitely the best in saline county.. they have won best of the best for 12 years straight from the benton courier!! if you're looking for placement for your elderly loved one please check this place out.
