The owner has been super helpful with all my vehicle repairs. Walking me through every repair that's needed to happen. Why? It probably happened and then giving you a proper breakdown of his hours parts you just feel like you're actually being taken care of and not being just told what you need to do.

Will keep your vehicle for 2 months, charges twice what quoted, and used cheap parts that failed twice. And on top of that, returned my vehicle to me with multiple NEW problems, such as no heat and a new coolant leak, they will ruin your vehicle and take your money. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE.

It’s not easy to find a good mechanic. I have a 1st gen Montero that is a great ride but needs work every few years and I just don’t have the time or space to do it these days. Two other shops in Anchorage couldn’t get my Montero back to running like it should. Tried many different repairs with no luck. I drop it off to Fox Automotive and it’s fixed. Thank you for taking care of my ride.

Great communication for setting up a time to get car in the shop. Had to reschedule a couple of times once because of snow removal issues, once because I was called out of town. Fair prices and quick work once finally got the car in. Going sop rates for other shops around. Great job trouble shooting a hard to diagnose electric loss. I’d recommend this sop of you have time to get schedule an appointment. Limited parking so can’t drop a car off over night or drop off before your appointment. For new customer little hard to figure out which door is the office. Follow the pin on Google maps which was just right. Just trust the pin location.

We have a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 and the heater stopped working so we took it to Dodge repair shop they didn't have a clue! So I found Fox Automotive online and called them, Rachel was helpful and set up a date 3 days later! they fixed it in just a few hours! very good customer service fast and friendly and at a great price!!! We will be back!! they didn't try and price gouge us!!! Thanks so much!!!
