Sal was great and very nice along with the shuttle crew and a few of the service team. Unfortunately, I was told that only the “D” lights up when in drive. Clearly that’s not the case, it only does that when the service shifter warning is on. I tried this place for the first time because of the location being closer but it was a waste of time. I have to “wait for the braking or shifter system to go out completely” before anything can be done. Hopefully I will be somewhere safe when it happens.

I have had yet another great experience. Al Fritzpatrick thank you so much for helping me with the delivery of my vehicle,the setting up of Jeep connect and understanding what some of the additional parts were. Keep up the good work. I will continue to use you guys service.

Best parts department out there! Great selection of branded merchandise!! Sooo much fun stuff I want to buy. They are always in a great mood. The music and vibes are the best here.

Really good service experience for my 22 Grand Wagoneer that needed some repairs as well as regular maintenance. Samantha provided regular updates. I got a loaner on the second week. Everything I asked them to look at was taken care of. Fox will be my primary dealership going forward.

Great store and all around great staff in the parts department especially!
