Fox Rent A Car Denver

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO ANY FOX RENT A CAR LOCATION. first starters, when I got there the first vehicle they gave me the tire light was on and when I was trying to get out of the parking spot and I pressed the brake, the tires were screeching. I went inside, expressed my concern. They gave me another vehicle I got in that vehicle and when I turned the vehicle on a whole bunch of lights came up on the dashboard as pictured and the vehicle was not heating we waited in the car for 20-30 minutes in the vehicle still wasn’t heating we went inside expressed our concern the gentlemen went out to the vehicle, then came back in and said once we start driving, the vehicle would start heating all the lights will go away, and he explained how his vehicle is the same exact way b

Always a pleasure renting from this company. I use them often when I go on ski trips to the high country. On my most recent reservation, I made a mistake and booked the car a day later than I needed it. I arrived at the check-in desk at midnight and was very tired from a long journey to DEN. The clerk realized my mistake and offered to let me have a vehicle there and then. I only had to pay a small charge to cover the extra day, rather than have me wait until the next day to pick up a car.

Zero Accountability. Outdated Systems. Flat-Out Dishonest. I prepaid for my reservation directly through Fox for 2/22. Payment processed. Confirmation received. Everything handled in advance — or so I thought. When I arrived at the rental counter, I stood in line for 30 minutes only to be told they do not accept tap-to-pay to process the deposit. That was the only payment method I had available at the time. The desk clerk then confidently told me that no rental car company accepts tap to pay because he had “worked for all of them.” That statement is categorically false. I told him I needed to cancel and be refunded immediately. He said I would need to contact the third party I booked through. I explained — again — that I booked and prepaid directly through Fox. He then said his manager

Booked and prepaid for a car that said “Ford Expedition or similar”. When I got to the rental counter they told me we would be getting a 2WD minivan. Nothing like a Ford explorer. The only similar car they had to a Ford Explorer was $250 more. This rental counter is further away from all the others and we were tired from traveling, so we went ahead and paid the extra. On our way to return the car, we were running late due to a multiple car crash that shut down i70 & caused us to have to take a 3 hr long detour, which caused us to miss our flight. I called to see if we could extend the rental for a few hours because our rebooked flight was 8 hrs later. They said they’d charge us another $164 just to add a few hrs! We ended up dropping off that rental and going to Alamo, where they rented us

We waited for over 30 minutes in the cold at the airport for the shuttle. We ended up getting an Uber. The wonderful man at the desk let us know that the systems were down, but I am still not sure why that would effect the shuttle. The gentleman at the desk was super helpful and amazing, but due to the systems being down, I am still not sure how much we are being charged (he convinced us into upgrades). So, hopefully I won't be changing my review here due to hidden charges.
