Went in for a radiator issue what a great shop! The team was super knowledgeable, transparent, and didn't try to upsell anything. They even sent mne pictures of the issues so could see exactly what was going on. You can tell it's a family-run shop that really cares about their customers. Highly recommend!

I got a flat tire on the freeway hours from home. While this circumstance would not usually contribute to a person feeling lucky, Randy at Fox tire made this unlucky event has painless as could be. He communicated super clearly, was so friendly and reassuring, did excellent work and went above and beyond with excellent customer service, including waiting for my car to be delivered and being flexible with pickup timing. Thank you again Randy! This experience was a fantastic reminder that there are honest and GOOD people out there. Randy at Fox tire is one of them!
