Terrible customer service skills, non existent communication and threatening demeanor. Buyer beware. As previous reviewers stated, they love to price flip on you. Came by one day and offered a great price, loaded up the next day and waited until the load was complete to claim the price was 300 more than originally.

Stopped out early on 1/15/22 while the dealership was closed and Jesse was plowing. He was kind enough to show a vehicle that my husband and I had great interest in. We passed as we wanted to do more research on the vehicle. After about 4 hours we decided we wanted to purchase the vehicle and called his cell number listed on the building. Jesse was kind enough After being out all night plowing and on his day off to come back down to the dealership for us to purchase the car. Great customer service and very professional. I will definitely recommend Fox Auto to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle.

Buyers beware please read: My 80 year old father in law bought a car from them a little over a month ago. A 2000 Ford Contour. Well the timing belt went out. I called and talked to one of the owners and said he would see what he could do and he would call me back. Well he never did. I stopped today and he said there is nothing he could do. I once again said this is a senior citizen with no money and now has to make a payment for two years with no car. Can your mechanic at least fix it and I will pay for the parts and he said no the motor is probably trashed anyway. He then said it's on the sticker no gaurenntee for a timing belt.
