AMAZING Service from JJ’s Towing! I had an incredible experience with JJ’s Towing. He was fast, reliable, and truly kind from start to finish. The driver arrived sooner than expected, handled everything with professionalism, and made a very stressful situation so much easier. And made me feel at ease. (And after sitting stranded in my truck for 3 hours in 20° temperatures I was cold and his truck was WARM! 👌🏼 It is rare to find a company that combines speed with genuine care, but JJ’s absolutely delivers. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of towing or roadside assistance! 1000000/10 service! ⭐️

I'd recommend JJ's in every aspect. The driver/dispatcher (John - you'll see a recurring theme in other reviews about how great he is) was kind, patient, and helpful in every aspect. The price and response time (on a snowy, slippery December night) were more than reasonable. If I ever need a tow again, I'm going to call JJ's.

Crashed my car on the interstate made it extremely easy for me and my insurance to get the car towed and let me leave the car for a few days while I figured out what to do with it 10/10 will recommend to anyone who needs a tow or any of the service yall provide! Came thru quickly. My daughter was involved in an accident on a local busy highway. Police called and JJs was there fast. He saw my upset kid and was so kind to her. Told her to focus on taking care of herself and that he'd take care of the car. Later we needed to get personal belongings from the car and he got us access quickly. Kind guy when we needed help. Definitely recommend.
