My car was due for emissions I pull in and both doors are locked but garage doors are open. Ask one of the works if they are open and they ask me what I needed. They told me get my car and go to third bay I got in right away which was great. I go into the waiting room and loved they had a camera so I can watch my car.... the technician was on his phone the entire time he was working on my car. I understand it's a quick service but really unprofessional, if it's an important call step aside and take the time you need... if not hang up and call back later.

We have been going here for a while used to be a great place. Now not so much a lot of new faces today they forgot to put a filter on our car during the oil change. There was oil all over our motor took a good 45 mins to clean up still smells horrible. We sat there for 1 hour they never explained what was happening. The manager just ignored it. Then they say we are giving u a discount it was 10$ off . Absolutely a joke need to got to our dealer to make sure everything is o.k was the second oil change ever on this car. This place is incompetent stay away. I understand mistakes happening but never talking to us about what you did come on its a joke. The car smells so bad now when running.

Got my CT tags from the DMV a block away and wanted to put them on straight away so that I could mail them right away to NY to avoid late charges. I needed a Philip screwdriver so I tried my luck here. A very good gentleman changed my plates all by himself after just asking for the screwdriver. I tried to tip him but he did not want to accept any money. Such a good human being.

Fast friendly service. They were thorough, and even checked and showed me my air filter before asking if I wanted to replace it. They were nice and easy to communicate with. Well done guys!
