Oh my gosh! Had a great experience! Had an issue with my windshield wiper, the Hyundai dealership was closed and others wouldn’t be able to help until a week away, and were expecting more snow😕 Framingham Auto Service was able to take my car in right away, figure out the problem, fix it, at a very reasonable price. They kept in contact with me through each step, felt very comfortable with my vehicle in their hands! So happy it could get fixed. Forget the dealership, would rather continue going here for car maintenance 🙂

Great place! Fair price and great quality. I mean, dealership quality. Kept the car clean, put everything back together and have a great system. Junior is awesome, great guy answering all my questions and concerns. The place is clean, organized and cozy waiting area with coffee and snacks. If they placed Mercedes logo outside you’d think it’s the same dealership experience, honestly. Overall, considering the price, service and overall experience, this place is a no brainer! You gotta fix your car here. Reviews here speaks for itself.

I had issues with a bad ground strap on a 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio. It ended up needing a new engine harness and a few other smaller harnesses. I brought the car to Framingham Auto Service. The service advisor was knowledgeable and was able to locate the parts needed and he was able to give me an estimate in a few minutes. They communicated whenever new issues were found and requested approval before starting or adding to the agreed quote. Throughout the whole process they were open to questions and answered them fully. They didn't try to upsell or invent issues and I appreciate that. Once they received the parts the jobs was completed quickly and the car runs fine again. I will definitely keep these guys in mind for my future repair and service needs.
