Outstanding After-Sale Experience I had a great experience working with Jake, the Sales Manager at Ko INEOS Grenadier. The sale itself was smooth, but what really stood out was the after-sale follow-up. Jake and the Team stayed engaged, responsive, and proactive, making sure all my questions were answered and that everything was handled properly even after delivery. I was intrigued by the Grenadier since I first saw it about a year before they were launched. For the last 15+ years I have been driving Range Rovers and was overdue for a change. The buying experience was second to none with nothing but professionalism and knowledge from the Ko team. I have now owned my Grenadier for nearly a month and can't be happier. It drives great, looks great and is capable of just about anything including turning heads.
