Inventory is the issue here. There is hardly anything currently. (Aug 31, 2021) o was hybrid shopping and found only 1 Tucson... Everyone is very nice and the are helpful, but without cars, the choices are limited. (Will update asap)

Bought my first new car here, a 2019 model, and it was an excellent experience. However, we discovered some ugly scratches on the hood of the car as soon as I arrived home that we had somehow missed at the dealership, but I give them huge credit for making the process of fixing it painless and free of charge. Their service team is extremely friendly as well and provide awesome customer service. Cannot recommend this dealership enough!

Our family has purchased 2 cars from Frank Motors... A brand new Hyundai, and a used Chevrolet. We got great service all the way through the process both times. When purchasing the used car, we we're encouraged to test drive a bunch of cars until we found the best fit for us. I was especially pleased with the follow up service I received. I recommend them highly and without hesitation.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, and wash took almost an hour and a half, even with an appointment, which seems kind of long. Oh well, they have a very nice lounge with a free Starbucks machine!
