Sent my car back to the dealership 3 weeks ago bc the check engine light came on and was told my temp coolant bypass valve was bad that my warranty would cover it then told car was fixed cost me $508 I got the car home and same thing happened now I’m out over 500 bucks and car is not fixed I don’t have the money to keep going through this I haven’t made but 2 payments on the car and they just put a band aid on the issue, All that got fixed was a seal on the gas cap and the engine light reset the original problem never got addressed I live 90 miles away and don’t have the $350 to get it towed up there again.

Tracy has offered me the BEST service and addressed all my problems and resolved them. They gave me a great price on my trade in and had me approved immediately. This isn't my 1st go round..ive purchased there before and will ways be a customer.

I took my niece to Frank Myers Auto today. The customer service employees are so welcoming and they make you feel like you matter. The young man that helped us did his job quickly and superbly!!

Lisa was great very busy lady, helped me out on roadtrip when brakes starting squealing. Car felt great when done. Price not bad either. Mechanics seem good.

Those guys down at Frank Myers have stepped their game up. Delivering nice gently used vehicles to choose from. This is my second car from this location. No complains so far!
