Patricia was incredible. She didn’t spam me with texts after we first started communicating.When I arrived she had a number of cars (within my parameters) ready for me to look at with carfax’s ready. What I liked best was her ability to step back and let me think. No hard sales. No rushing. No push to get me into a vehicle I didn’t like. The finance guy (with the signature that looks like a logo) was also friendly, good at his job and fast. True to his word I was in and out. I didn’t meet the guys in back who did the detailing but my car was sparkling clean with plenty of gas and had that new car smell when I got in. Overall they have a great team working out at Franks Hyundai.

If your ideal situation when purchasing a "new" used vehicle is to unravel a plethora of problems you'll have to fix yourself, then this is the place to go! They'll lure you in with their lustrous words like "rigorous 120pt inspection" and "100% warranty for the first 3 months or first 3000 miles". Also, don't be surprised when your salesman's response to the laundry list of problems you have with the car was, "well, I didn't make the car". If you're looking to test your level of patience and find out how tolerant of a person you can be, this is definitely the place to go!

!! I was lied to and disrespected !! My overall experience as a first time buyer left me with the regret of ever walking in there. Our salesman was rude, dissmissive when we would try to speak to him and negotiate. He was pushy and kept rushing us to make a decision. He was frustrated and annoyed at our questions. i chose to go there thinking i would maybe pay more for a vehicle but get the proper and most important HONEST treatment. BOY WAS I WRONG!! They lied to me about the warranty stacked 3 thousand dollars worth of charges that i had not agreed on. I tried to fix things with management and they said the deal was done nothing could be done when little did i know until you sign ther forms at finance dep you can back out. I was scammed and left there feeling stressed and very disappoint

Came here on 03/05/19 to look at a black Subaru STI at around 4:30pm No one came out to help us to look at the car or to even greet us for 20 min We waited but ultimately left and I gave the. The benefit of the doubt that it was rainy/ windy outside. Later I made a appointment and came in today 03/08/19. I made the appointment with a “Edgar” who over the phone who asked me to come in to see/ drive the car. I agreed and showed up. When I got there Edgar wasn’t there. Instead I got greeted by what has to be the most disrespectful “manager” ever. He asked why I came in today and I said I had a appointment with Edgar to see the STI. This is where things go SOUTH!
