They did a terrible job. I ordered a GOLD plus seat wiping. When I arrived to pay a man was trying to get an elderly woman to sign up for reoccurring payments. He was relentless and disrespectful because he was not listening to her. I waited far too long and then just asked if I could get rung up. When my car was ready, which was really fast, the interior was still dirty. Like obviously dirty. I asked one of the girls to vacuum it and she was helpful. I am grateful for her which is why it is a two and not a one rating from me. But as you can see in the photos simple things were just not cleaned. I would never go back again. Awful car wash. There are so many other places in the area that are so much better.

Love this place. The monthly unlimited plan is the way to go. I'm in and out, sometimes in 10 mins. Even when theres a line, it still goes quick. My car comes out perfect and sparkling every time. Ive been going here for 5 years at least.

I used to go to this car wash as a child with my step dad and it’s sad to say the work that used to go on is no longer the same. I’m now in the car detailing business and this was just a very terrible experience. Spent almost 50 dollars and my rims are still dirty. My hood is still dirty. The quality check wasn’t even there also they broke my wiper blade and proceeded to act like it was no big deal. The manager I presume didn’t even know how to put it back on. Just overall dissatisfaction. Would not recommend.

Went to the car wash this morning and every time I go it's a disappointment. I paid for the platinum wash and the car needed to be fully vacuumed they didn't wipe the middle console or the interior down at all and I asked the manager if they could clean the crease of the emergency brakes and he said you should buy a monthly pass I said sir I just paid for the platinum wash which is the total package $37.52 plus $6.00 for airfreshers he said can't help you I need for you to move your car I had to buy products and go to the vacuum to properly clean my car horrible experience

I’ve been a loyal customer at this car wash for years — my whole family comes here, 6–7 of us regularly. After today, I canceled all of our memberships. My windshield wiper was broken during the wash, and when I spoke to the manager, Mike, he was rude, disrespectful, and even laughed like he didn’t care. He told me I had to replace it myself and refused to take any responsibility. This all happened in front of my wife. This is not how you run a business. If you break something, you fix it. Because of the way this was handled, I had to call the police and file a report, and I am now taking legal action. Terrible customer service. I will never return, and I strongly warn others to avoid this place.
