Took my ford in under my silver rock warranty and they where on top of everything getting the claim started and got me a whole new transmission in and fixed the problem! Sean was really nice and the front desk lady was always helpful over the phone, if u live in the area 10/10 recommend getting ur cars repairs here!

Lisa was great! Good customer service and knows what she needs to get the job done. Give them a call for your next repair they wont let you down!

The receptionist and business in general is a joke. Ignorant. Zero help and they outright lie to you about the time to get into the shop. I was told they were 2 weeks out and it’s at the 2 month point. I wanted to use them and gave them every shot to be transparent with me about wait times etc but they were not. I’m thankful because this is only an indication of what the rest of the process would have been if I’ve used their shop. I am without a truck still and they wasted 2+ months of my time. They might not take their business seriously but I’m serious about my time and honesty. I’d give 0/5 stars if I could. The receptionist is truly a bad hire. And George wasn’t true to his word.

I would advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering Franklin Auto for their automotive needs. It's essential to find a repair shop that stands behind its work and values customer satisfaction.
