Sewickley BMW Service Center

Two visits to the BMW Sewickley service center were exceptionally frustrating. While the internet outage on the 9th of September was beyond the control of the dealership, the way the service team handled the outage was exceptionally frustrating. All totaled, I spent 8.5 hour split between two days commuting to and from the dealership and waiting at the dealership for a simple state inspection. Additionally, be wary of service recommendations made by the service team. It appears that their new profit model is heavily dependent upon pushing services early on vehicles. Also demand to see old, replaced parts when doing services at the Sewickley BMW.

I have used this dealership before, but after my most recent experience, I don't see myself returning. Everything about BMW is a premium experience until you deal with the service advisor team at Sewickley BMW. I had a service appointment scheduled for over three weeks, which I booked online. Upon arrival, the advisor hadn’t even reviewed my file. I had outlined all the issues, but instead of asking, "Can you tell me more about the problem?" the advisor, Jen, was very condescending and didn’t address any of my concerns. I also addressed that I heard I have an open recall, and she told me to just come back in six months—again, in a condescending tone. She also mentioned that my appointment was booked incorrectly for their dealership's system but said it wasn’t “her job” to verify the servic

After working with Kari for several years and receiving wonderful customer care through her warm interactions and trustworthy follow through, I was slightly uncertain about continuing to work with Sewickley BMW following her departure. During my recent service experience I had the opportunity to work with Jen. She was very helpful and accommodating. The techs at BMW always do a thorough job as well. Although I worked with a new Service Department Representative. Sewickley BMW has continued to provide stellar service. Again, thank you Jen and Harris the technician.

Excellent, professional service. Id give em 6 stars if I could.

Some aspects decent. Others not so great. If I make an appointment for a time it shouldn’t take over 20 minutes to get car in after appointment time. Don’t waste people’s time. That is unacceptable.
