Poor Inventory control! Do not do business with!!! I bought what was suppose to be a 2014 ford focus transmission. Paid to remove and replace on my vehicle. Car computer did not like. I started investigating. Sticker on the transmission they gave me came to be a 2015! Now I have to confirm if compatible if software needed update but ford dealership was a week out to look at so that required me to get a rental car. Week later ford confirmed NOT compatible needs the proper transmission. 2012-2014 / 2015-2018. So yes I had to pull out and do all over again! I asked for a 2014 transmission, internet advertised they had a 2014 and receipt said they gave me a 2014 WHICH WAS WRONG! These people cost me triple what it should have cost! Don’t have complaints about any part bought here, their prices are better than other places and the young lady up front is very nice

I feel they need to be a lil bit more helpful, and they don’t have prices on nothing, depending on the car that’s they price they put , they don’t have a set price for nothing, and when you ask for a price they said that they gonna ask and especially if is Sunday that person don’t answer and they sell the part at the price they want , I ask for a trailer that was on top of bunch of junk outside to see if it was available and the person told me to go and check it out and I told her I was 2 hours away and for her it was only 10 or 20 steps to see if it was there and she said she understood that but that I have to go my self , that’s sucks they don’t want to help a bit …
