I was referred to Frank’s by an old friend after a terrible experience with two other shops. From the moment I spoke with Nancy on the phone, everything changed—I immediately felt at ease. To keep it short, there are no words to truly describe how amazing these people are. 10/10 highly recommend! Frank & Nancy are stand up folks. New customer, came for a second opinion on a dealership quote for ~$3000 and long story short, don't need any of those quoted repairs. Friendly and HONEST! A couple months ago, I took my car to another mechanic who told me I needed a $1,200 repair, and if I didn’t get it done, it could lead to a $3,000-$4,000 fix. I decided to get a second opinion at Frank’s Auto Repair, and they told me there was nothing wrong with my car. They recommended I just come back in a couple of months for an oil change.
