While I know it is new management, the staff was still recognizable from the many years I have had service here. Every time I have gone, the services have been fairly priced, honest with the work (for better or worse to my wallet) and never overpromised on ETAs with the turnaround. They have always been professional and very nice. Highly recommend.

Our van broke down and was towed due it being a hazard. The van lost all power while being driven by my wife. Route 27 Auto Center was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. They had our van up and running later in the afternoon and got it done pretty cheap!

They gave a fair price for my brake replacement that was a lot less than the dealer. They were able to get me an appointment quickly and got everything done that day.

Great communication. They have a text with updates and view the work being done. I’d recommend. Had a a/c compressor replacement. Reasonable price and fast. They have time and time took care of me. Best place in Natick !!!

Stopped by with no appointment for an inspection and they got me right in. Outstanding customer service and very efficient with the inspection. The maintenance lead was awesome as well as the front desk lead. Overall a 10/10 highly recommended! We will be lifelong customers now!
