They did such amazing job replacing my motor. They communicated with me everyday at 3:00 to let me know the progress that has happened that day with my car until my car was fixed and ready for me to pick it up. they were so friendly and honest about everything. I will definitely be going back to them.

Zach was very nice, but it was all an act. They are thieves. He charged me $1,200 for an alternator. I have been told by everyone I've talked to that I was severely over-charged and that it should have only cost about $500. I am a single female on a single income. I was deliberately taken advantage of. I am mortified. Shame on them.

Took our 2015 Nissan Pathfinder 3.5 Platnum to Franks with a PO300 code, multipul misfire codes, running on 5 out of 6 cylinders, Frank had it a day and a half called said it was good to go on Thursday. On Saturday took a road trip to Oklahoma to test it out. We drove 317 miles with 22 to 25 miles per gal gas milage, best we ever had, car ran perfect and we recommend anyone with electrical of computer problems to Franks

I used Frank's today for the first time in over 10 years and 10/10 recommend. I had kind of forgotten about them after they moved from central and 235. I will forever be grateful for Frank's honestly. He could have taken me out to he ballgame as far as pricing but was not trying to have my repair something that wasn't broken. I will never go anywhere else again. I was told my front end was great and had an alignment done. Now 2k miles later I have a front end failure. I wish I had listened to myself and gotten a second opinion.
