Frank's Car Wash Express

It was cold today but Jonathon gave me outstanding service in the back prepping my car. He was thorough and made sure he took care of the areas I was most concerned with. His smile is amazing and he is super friendly. Happy to come back again.

Brandon came and assisted me through the entire process. I appreciate his professionalism and courteous attitude towards my mom's car. The guys working at the car wash are amazing! They truly went above and beyond. I use many Take 5’s across the state and I’ve yet to find one who offers the personal experience that the one in Sumter, SC offers. Thank you for a great visit!! We will be back!!

I enjoy coming to Frank’s, the men there are all full of energy and always making my kids laugh. I was welcomed by Yander, make sure you say hey to him. Then both Malcom and Braiden did a good job helping guide my car into the tunnel and playing with my kids through the window while they spot cleaned. Yall would enjoy Jamaar goofy and bubbly personality, thank you sir for wiping my car down, and giving my family a laugh. I went there today, on November 17, 2025. I paid $22.00 for my car to go through the car wash, polishing, and tire shine. Basically everything done on the outside. Well, they did not wipe it down or dry it. Their blowers are useless. I went back after work to either get a refund or have them redo the job. Well, I was told by the site manager that HE stopped drying cars for single car washes in February 2025. HE stated that unless the customer is a member of Take 5, that he no longer does the hand drying at his site. He wouldn't even come out his little office to look at the car so I could show him the dirt. I will no longer be using Take 5 car wash. MOD wash is so much better.
