I was referred to Franks by a triple AAA driver who is a customer there. I have been to MANY Auto shops only to find one solution led to many problems. Frank and his family of coworkers..they feel like my family too… are the best! Best at what they do. Respectful..knowledgeable..I could go on. They are straight forward with me regarding concerns for my Kia. The work is exceptional. Cost is manageable. All in all great place to have your car serviced!!! Go here! You will NOT leave unhappy!!!

I recommend Franks Auto to anyone needing work on their vehicle. The prices are reasonable, they move at a fair pace and they tell you exactly what’s wrong in detail. They also give the customer an option of bringing your own parts or they can have it delivered. And their all respectful

I had to redo my review Frank is amazing my car has had a issues all week he worked all week on my car him and his crew he didn’t charge me amounts that were insane he called me to let me verify what was going on and if it would cost more .. just very great customer service and devoted work.. and I am a first time customer hope he knows he is my shop now

I have been going to Frank’s for about 5 years and they are very friendly very helpful and always work with you I have not went to anyone else since I have been coming to this shop and every time I leave I am never disappointed if I came in stressed out about any issues with my car I always leave feeling better because of how great not only Frank is but the staff and his team they are like family to me now every time I come in shop, it’s very clean very kid friendly as well if you may have your children with you and I would say best mechanic shop in Buffalo NY
