I can't say enough about how wonderful the folks here are and how excellent the service is. We live in our motorhome, and unlike the Lazy Days dealer in Florida, they don't make you get out of your rig to take it into the bay for repairs if they can come to it and get the job done. Everything from scheduling the appointment, to getting the warranty people to approve the work, to the repairs that were done was fantastic! Our service rep Peyton, was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Brandon, who worked on our motorhome, was amazing. To meet a young man with that kind of work ethic and as pleasant as he was doesn't happen often. The facilities are pristine, and everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful. Best experience buying a vehicle ever. 1. Scott weaver was amazing. I reached out many weeks prior to come look and he stayed in touch to check on my personal life. 2.facility was clean and organized. Sales side and mechanic/repair side. 3.Every person I came across was friendly and helpful. 4. The details that Scott went through to show me how everything worked. He took several hours of me asking dumb questions. 5. Simple negotiations on price. He gave me what he could. 6. Communication is great. He left the door open for me to contact him directly any time I have questions down the road. Final thought; with all these bullit points being 5 STAR. A few months ago, I came across a YouTube channel, "RVing with Andrew Steele", where he did a piece on Motorhomes of Texas. I was extremely impressed with what I saw and heard about this facility. Since I was in need of some warranty work on my own motorhome, I was insistent that I bring it to MOT. Our main warranty issue was our AC compressor not functioning and a replacement unit had to be shipped from Indiana. Unfortunately, due to the weather, the shipment was delayed longer than expected. Due to this, MOT was very accommodating and allowed us to stay under their covered area with full hookups for over a week. The new AC unit arrived yesterday evening and it was installed today. My husband and I drove from Kentucky to Texas to visit Motorhomes of Texas. What we found there was an impressive organization clearly well ran and populated with a great staff. We have to say that our Sales representative Jay Davis was a top notch person to work with.! Jay is knowledgeable, personable, very in tune on working with you for your dream vacation vehicle, great with tips to make use of while you travel, and caring about providing you with a good experience!! Motorhomes of Texas Service Department was excellent to work with. They have a very strong group of experienced and knowledgable techs, that seem to really enjoy their work and don't shy away from a challenge. I was kept informed by the Service Manager as repair progressed, and the work was done in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend anyone that needs coach service to use the MoT Service Department.
