Fantastic auto repair place, I highly recommend going to Franz. They are very fair and straightforward with their pricing, diagnostics, and repair timelines. We have taken a few different cars here to get various services (brakes, electrical issues, state inspections, and general maintenance), their service is always top tier.

They are one of the very best in the area who consistently provide excellent auto repair and maintenance service at fair pricing and often go above and beyond the initial repair. Excellent communication as well. Always a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about this company. They are honest and professional. When dealing with them, I never have to worry about being “ripped off”. They have always provided quality service while keeping the price down. You should never underestimate the importance of dealing with really nice people. Also, Rose makes a great cup of coffee.

Yet another fantastic experience at Franz led me to finally get around to writing this review. They truly care about their customers. I had an appointment to change over my tires to the summer set and they called me to tell me they couldn't do it because my summer tires were too worn and it was a safety issue, as they knew I'd be taking a huge road trip shortly. They then did NOT charge me for the labor, despite my protests! Rose spent some time going over my options for appropriate tires given my driving habits and terrain, and at the very end of the day to boot! And this is just the typical standard every time I go there. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
