Hans Auto

While I was staying in Hudson Valley for most of September but my van started to consistently die if left undriven for a day. Far away from my regular mechanics in Philly I had to take a chance on someone in the area so I chose Hans on the recommendation of a few Reddit users. While it did take the whole day to diagnose my issue, they figured out a small electrical issue had been continuously draining my battery over time. The price of parts and labor was minimal compared to what I thought it was going to cost. I couldn’t have been happier!

Knowledgeable & friendly, Hans Auto has been a local institution for foreign automotive repairs (including some domestic). They take the time to explain what they have found along with the best possible solutions. A bit pricey but their work is exceptional.

I would not recommend. They did not call with an estimate and just fixed my car without my permission. Just want money for sloppy work. Skip this place.

I have been going to Han Auto Repair Services for well over 15 years. My first visit was with my 2001 Wrangler. When all other repair stations told me to junk it due to severe rust and a comprised frame, he carefully and quickly (all at a reasonable price), replaced all necessary parts and got me back on the road safely. Ever since then I have been bringing all my cars and my children's cars to Han. I wouldn't trust anyone else. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for an expert and trustworthy mechanic. All are impressed and grateful for the referral. His prices are extremely fair and reasonable. Han always accommodates his clients schedule too. I now live in South Jersey and still make a special trip up to Saddle Brook to use Han. He is your guy for all your auto needs! Joe M.
