Frasier Tire Service

Today my work SUV picked up a bolt in the passenger side rear tire. I was carrying a lot of big pieces of evidence and could not let them out of my sight so no towing. Sumter’s Frasier Tire sent a repair person (Thank you Darrel!) who came and made the tire usable so I could drive it to be changed THEN even though they had closed, waited on me to get there to change my tire. Everyone was so nice. So grateful for kind people who run businesses! I drove on to Columbia to deliver the evidence and all is well. Happy 2026!

I had a low tire pressure light come on after driving to Sumter, and I stopped in to see if someone could check my tire psi for me (it was lunch time). I was expecting a long wait, but the gentleman asked me to pull up, and a young man came out almost immediately and added air for me. WOW!! It's nice to know that there still are some places that believe in customer service😍 THANK YOU!!

Only shop around that could align my vehicle. Friendly staff, very helpful and honest. Highly recommend them. Great pricing as well.

On Monday, June 27, 2025, I went to Auto Zone to get a battery replaced in my car. My engine light never went off, and they used all excuses stating that the equipment was down and they couldn't check to see why my engine light was on. I only wanted it to be reset due to the low voltage of my battery being replaced. I went to several other places that did not help. So, I went to Fraiser Tire Service, and not only did the young man make sure my engine light was off, they didn't charge me. That is what I call top-notch customer service. Thank you so very much, and I will always refer customers to you. You have a customer for life. The manager name is Patrick, I didn't get the name of the young man who service my vehicle.

Each time I have had many interesting tire stories, Frasier tire has taken care of me quickly and always a reasonable price. I wouldn't take any of my cars anywhere else but Fraiser Tire.
