Update....please take your car elsewhere....bill paid in full Nov 2022 Returned vehicle after "repair " due to problem not fixed!!! I'm still waiting for my vehicle.....yikes Fraizers!! Mr. Fraizers legacy is being destroyed....very 😔 They officially won't fix the car after the bill was paid. They didn't stand by their work. They asked me to come pick the car up. They can't work on it. I am shocked. I have the car. It is not fixed. My bill is paid in full. I am very sad They didn't stand by their work. Green Lincoln is gonna take care of it!

It was a pleasure collaborating with the Frazier’s Garage team. Although I had an appointment scheduled for a later date in the week, they were accommodating and accommodated my schedule by fitting me in earlier to complete the necessary repairs for my truck, including an alignment, new tire installation, and balancing.

1st time customer here. I needed a shop where I could order tires and get an alignment. These guys were very reasonable, professional and quick. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Top notch!

Poor communication. Please let your customers know upfront how much something will cost them before they get the service done. You charged $40 to check to see if their vehicle needed an alignment which it ended up not needing one. So once the service was completed. The customer was shocked to hear that they owed $40.00. Yessssss, we are aware that nothing is free, but just let someone know of prices before completing something. Why not make that clear beforehand so the customer can decide if they want to pay that or not. Especially when you usually just charge $49.99 for an alignment, depending on the vehicle 🚗.
