After being discouraged looking for our daughter’s first vehicle on FB Marketplace, we wandered on a whim into Fred Anderson Subaru late on a Friday afternoon. We were met by Rikko, who simply couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We were looking for a very specific combination of low mileage and a fair price, and Rikko was able to deliver just that. We did meet with the manager Adam and finance manager David (apologies if I’m not recalling the names correctly) who were pleasures to deal with as well. At the beginning, we had asked Rikko to be mindful of our time, as we didn’t want to be held captive at the dealership for hours, and this request was honored also! This was the best car purchase experience we have ever had. We cannot thank you enough, Rikko! 🫶🏻

Stephanie was outgoing and friendly, Jason was trying as they could not title the car as I wanted to title to a family member. It was a cash transaction. It was much longer to get the paperwork than any purchase that I have done. Drew said I just happened to hit them when they were really busy, glad I called ahead to make an appointment. We got it done. I am happy with the car, this was the 2nd car I have purchased from prestige/ now Fred Anderson. They have a nice facility.

I just bought a Subaru wrx from Fred Anderson Subaru. My salesman was Avery and he was very professional and helpful. Everyone I worked with from managers to finance were all friendly and helpful and made my experience perfect. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any car especially Subaru. Another perk I will enjoy is free oil changes for the life of the car at the dealership. I felt all around it was a great experience. My family was on a road trip from out of state when my Subaru outback had a check engine light come on several hours out. Was able to call Justin with Fred Anderson Subaru while driving, got an appointment for the time that we would be arriving in Asheville. They took my car, had a loaner car ready for me and replaced the damaged part for zero cost, all under warranty within 24 hours. We didn’t miss any hiking or sight seeing on our trip because of them. If I lived in this area it’s the only place I would go. Everything was perfect, could not recommend highly enough.
