Worst service department. Did the courtesy pick up and drop off. Over an hour late. Then tried to add on 5 “necessary” repairs, when my Bronco was just scheduled for an oil change which is now over $100! One of which was just changed and done in December which was about 7 months ago. I will never have my vehicle serviced here again. If this was a small mom and pop shop they would have been closed by now. This was the final straw for me since I have had nothing but problems with the service department.

Huge shoutout to Nazareth Ford Pro! Popped the trans in my 2024 F-350 (again), and these guys got me a brand new one installed and had me back on the road in just over a week. Took me 2 weeks to get an appointment for my air conditioner/ heating system. When I arrived they told me they were having problems with their computer system and didn't have me on the schedule with a non caring attitude. Won't be going back. Had trouble before with miscommunication. Long long waits at this place. Very disappointing place

I’ve tried to approach this review as fairly as possible, but my experience with Fred Beans Kia has left me deeply disappointed. My 2017 Kia Sportage was brought in for a seized engine, and it has now been sitting at the dealership for over a month awaiting a warranty decision from Kia. I’ve incurred nearly $2,000 in rental expenses, and during that time I’ve received inconsistent communication from the dealership. Initially, I was told my claim was denied—only to find out later, from Kia directly, that the claim was still under review.
