Fred Beans Buick GMC of Mechanicsburg

We stopped in at Fred Beans Buick GMC to look for a new truck. Salesman Nathan Thomas greeted us and was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. He took the time to show us every truck we wanted to see and answered all our questions. The sales manager was great to work with as well. Everyone was friendly and accommodating to our younger children while we shopped. Top notch team from start to finish!

Dropped off my truck for service on both differentials and front and rear brakes. The dealership called with the estimate and completed the service on the same day as promised. I have not driven the vehicle too much but everything seems fine. Of course, I wish the cost was lower but the service of excellent!

Certified Pre-Owned 2022 GMC Yukon. Buying a CPO I thought I’d be in the clear with a lot of things. I was wrong. First off their mechanics probably didn’t even look at it. It had an 8 inch crack in the drive belt it all the way through. $80. The rear seat lever was broken off. $150. There’s grinding when turning the wheel both ways. Front brake pads say 15% life left. And come to find I’m seeing a lot of blow by either milky oil or fuel in my throttle body. Could be a minor or major issue we’ll see. Buying a 40K vehicle you’d think they would take care of things like this before it hit the lot but no. I’m really not happy with Fred Beans and I’m not going to recommend them to anyone.
