If i could give zero stars that’s what they would get. Never in my life have I experienced such awful service. Dropped my car off almost 3 weeks ago for a 24 hour job they said to be. I was denied rental because of how fast the job was supposed to be , for them to call us a week later finally offering us a rental because car still wasn’t ready. Get my car back finally to it damaged and of course them claiming no responsibility. No call backs when trying to see what was going on with our car through out this whole time. Very rude, unprofessional, and just disrespectful. Please avoid ever taking your vehicle to this location.
Madison did a great job of taking care of our needs for a new company. Vehicle. Process was very smooth and very fast. Staff is friendly and helpful.
When did writing a 5 stars review become a mandatory requirement? The salesmen here are aggressive, and the rest of the staff have nasty attitudes. I'll never go back here to get anything done.

After getting an unexpected flat tire, I had my car towed to the dealership using Roadside Assistance. I came in seeking help— simply looking for guidance as this was my first time dealing with a flat tire. Instead, I was met with one of the most degrading and dehumanizing encounters I’ve ever experienced in a professional setting. From the moment I walked into the service area, not a single person acknowledged me. I’ve never been so disappointed with a service experience in my life. Taking my 2021 Hyundai Elantra to this center turned into an absolute nightmare. From start to finish, I felt ignored, disrespected, and downright humiliated. I came in to address an issue with my car’s computer and a persistent problem with CarPlay disconnecting every time I cross state lines. The vehicle is under warranty, so I expected professional assistance. On my first visit, after a routine inspection, I was told only when picking up my car that the required specialist wasn’t available. Why wasn’t I informed earlier?
