I like the car that I bought, but not the dealership. There were too many negative issues. First of all, my salesperson was horrible. He did not want to listen to my needs. My car was totalled and I came in looking for a certified pre owned Tucson. I even had a copy of the car from their website that I wanted to buy. He kept insisting that I buy a brand new Tucson. I had to argue with him and convince him that is not what I came in for. He looked at the paper of the car that I brought in and asked me where I got this from. I had to tell him it was from their website. We finally went out for a test drive and I really liked the car. Great service department experience. My 2015 Sonata (with 39,000 miles), CEL came on with drivability issues and a P0010 code. I purchased the vehicle at a used car dealership and had purchased an extended warranty there as well. I called Fred Beans Hyundai as I wanted them to do the work (it is a well known issue with a TSB that involves some time intensive engine work). Kelly was very helpful and confirmed that they would work with my warranty coverage. I then arranged for the vehicle to be towed to their service department. Communication was clear and consistent and the vehicle was repaired in less than a week after confirming the diagnosis and necessary repair and waiting for parts to arrive. After owning Hondas for 17 years, and while I loved all of them, I could no longer get some safety features that I needed, so I decided to check out Hyundai.. I didn’t know what to expect. It was my lucky day when Jason came out and asked if he could help.
