I would give negative stars if that was an option. This dealership does not stand behind the vehicles it sells, they will not stand up for their customers, and they are less than honest and trustworthy. Brenda, the general manager, told me I would have to pay for a 2nd key fob but I later learned that all certified preowned vehicles come with 2 key fobs. The service manager is arrogant and disengenious but is great at providing empathy and lip service. I realize after reading other similiar reviews taht this review is going to fall on deaf ears since the issues with this dealership appear to be chronic.

Call today saying my oil light came on could anyone check my car. The book said take it to the nearest dealer right away. The lady said she couldn't take me for one week. Ever ever disappointed.
