Disappointing Customer Service I walked into Fred Beans Mazda the other day hoping to check out a few vehicles and possibly speak with someone about my options. Unfortunately, the experience was not what I expected at all. As soon as I entered, no one greeted me or even acknowledged my presence. I stood there for a while, clearly visible to the staff, but not a single person said hello or offered to assist me. Eventually, I was the one who had to break the silence and say “hi” first, just to get some sort of interaction going. Even then, the man sitting at the desk barely responded.
