Fred Loya Insurance

Got hit by one of their insured in a parking lot as my car was parked. Was told 24-48 hrs and then i can get an estimate. Now almost 3 weeks later and Marcos still has yet to call..I bet if he went thru a drive thru id bet he wouldn’t want to wait almost 3 weeks for his food.

Rudest customer service I have ever seen. I have been trying to get proof of past coverage. And I am told it would take 24-48 hrs and nothing. So I call again and am told it would be 24-48 hrs again. No manager is ever available. And when one is they put you on hold until you decide to hang up. I called in today and Brianna answered and I asked to speak to a manager and she said for what. I kindly said I really do not want to keep repeating myself. If I could just speak to a manager and she said there isn’t one in the office today. They are actually at another location. I asked what location and she said non of your business. I called 3 times to different offices finally spoke to a manager named George who was very helpful. Regardless I won’t be recommending Fred Loya to anyone.

Was with this company for YEARS. But recently had a small accident , wouldn't even consider it a fender bender. More like a scratch. They tried to total out my husband's truck based on nothing, then it was such a hassle to get it resolved and it seemed like everyone in the office except a lady named Leslie had a foul attitude. Had to call the actual adjusters and total loss specialist to get any answers . Ended up canceling due to the inconvenience this all cause to my family. I feel like they were just trying to get my husbands truck.

Tried to pay my insurance today after the rates went up. Never received an email nor letter not a call or text to let me know. And they still wouldn't let me pay because of the auto payment bs. So now it has to lapse and I have to repay to start it.

I do not recommend using this company AT ALL! They will randomly add someone to your insurance policy without your authorization if you receive a piece of their mail. Doesn’t matter who it is, if you get mail for a random person at your house, they will add them to your policy. Doesn’t make sense to me but I guess that’s because I don’t rip people off for a living.
