Fred Loya Insurance

After being on the phone for over a hour this morning trying to get insurance, I still had to end up driving 40 minutes to their office after being up all night sick. First off never in my life have I ever had an insurance company ask for my kids names and birthdays that doesn’t even live in my house, then after a 1.5 on the phone she finally said she was going to run my payment. After 5 minutes comes back to the phone to ask if I got the text to link my bank with them. Why did I have to send my account and routing number for her to run payment if I still have to link my account to. Makes absolutely no sense.

I been with them forever..and they said if I give them a void check that my rate would go down $40..Now my Rate was at $420 each month..so I gave them a void check and it went up to down one month,but then $480 next month and them not telling me and then they said that they gave me a discount so now my insurance is $422.This is crazy.I call them and spoke to a manager he didnt resolved anything. and im still paying $422.They never honor what they say.So now I'm changing insurances.

Very friendly fast response only thing is my insurance keeps going up every month it's crazy other than that they are very friendly and respectful

Me and my girlfriend went in to drop a vehicle off of our policy that we sold and to add a truck I just bought. Because I had a compressor in the back seat the rep told us she had to rewrite the policy because it was a work truck. Which meant a $525 down payment and $361 monthly when they initially quoted us $25 just to swap the car we sold for the truck we bought on our policy. Joke is on them though because we found cheaper insurance and canceled with them

Never answers calls. Never available when you need them, but when they want your payment they blast your phone 247. Ridiculous full coverage. Never fix anything unless you pay a Ridiculous amount of money. Best advice find quotes else where
