I went from Riverdale to old nat. Love old national Riverdale they have attitude
I tried making a payment via telephone after 6. Loyal needs a 24/7 automated phone system. I have never has an auto insurance company that did not have a 24/7 automated system. If I were involved in an auto accident, I be unable to file a claim. After 6 months, I will purchase from somewhere who has 24/7 access.
My only issue is the 2500 deductible which mean u getting paid for nothing cause if I get in a accident why would I want a 2500 to pay out of pocket
I really appreciate my insurance company, there the best!! Great customer service also
I am enjoy the price and the benefits. Along with great value I get great service.
