Fred Loya Insurance

I have this insurance recently adquire how ever before trying to get it i tried for 3 weeks contacting agents from Pico Rivera city. With office inside Superior market and by the LA fitness in Washington they were never there and they refuse to schedule an appointment. Every time we went to their office their was a paper saying they were out and be back by a certain time and they would not be back. I say that really made my experience with this insurance company very bad i had to travel to a different city to adquire it because of that.

Customer service was good from person taking our information. We went in to South Gate office to get our paper work ready and trainees that were in a backroom were very unprofessional and rude. Complained to Sandra the person that oversees that office at the moment, hope she does something about it. Is this how they treat all their customers?

Horrible Insurance Please Please don’t get this insurance. I cancelled them cause they raised my premium and didn’t even have professionalism of sending a letter or a call to let me know that my insurance premium went up. i told them they were the worse insurance agency ever * Advise to all of you out there with fred loya cancal your policy ASAP*

I get it's cheap but you get what you pay for. when you call ask how long the claim department takes to get to you, I wish it was as quick as they are to collect the monthly fee.

Worst insurance company ever they will give you the run around and try to deny your claim acting like they're investigating I gave them a one star but they don't even deserve that.
