Fred Loya Insurance

Stay away from this insurance company they are full of non sense and they don’t help out at all. Took my classic ford pickup to get it insured and all they gave me was attitude and told me the truck wasn’t able to get insured. Again stay away

I recently visited the Fred Loya Insurance location in Littleton, and my experience was absolutely unacceptable. The staff, particularly Adrianna, was extremely unprofessional and discriminatory. Because I do not speak Spanish, they treated me with disrespect and continued to make discriminatory remarks in Spanish, assuming I wouldn’t understand. To make matters worse, they made me come to the location unnecessarily, only to mistreat me in person. No customer should ever have to endure such unprofessional and biased behavior, especially from a company that is supposed to serve everyone equally. I strongly advise others to avoid this location if you expect fair and respectful service. Discrimination of any kind is unacceptable, and Fred Loya Insurance must be held accountable for allowing

Had an absolute horrible experience stepping in this office. Called ahead of time they had given us a quote once we were present everything had changed. Manager was sitting in the back pretending to be busy and was listening in to everything. Quote had changed they said they never gave us the price for uninsured motorists. Girl who was currently helping us walks to the managers desk and the began to speak Spanish. This manner is only used when you don’t want to be understood in AMERICA. This location is very racist and I would NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE WHO DOESNT SPEAK SPANISH. Manger became to act very childish and not as a leader laughing and making comments in Spanish. Overall DONT USE THIS LOCATION.

I had a terrible experience with Fred Loya Insurance. My parked car was hit by a painter in front of my house, and despite having a police report clearly stating the painter was at fault and repair estimates totaling $3,864.06, Fred Loya only offered to pay $1,264.02 without even inspecting the damage. They refused to negotiate or reconsider their decision. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I highly recommend filing a complaint with the Colorado Department of Insurance. This will alert state insurers to the unfair business practices of Fred Loya, and they will have 20 days to respond. If this doesn't resolve the issue and your claim is less than $7,500, consider suing the driver directly. It's a shame that I had to resort to these measures, but Fred Loya's refusal to adequately

DO NOT USE FRED LOYA INSURANCE! I drive for a living and my company runs my DMV record every year. Well, after running my record recently, they found not one, but two at fault accidents on my record that I had NOTHING to do with! After going into the office and many phone calls, I can’t get anyone to help me, no response from my emails and every time I talk to someone, they pass me to someone else. I’m going to call some news agencies and a lawyer to see if someone can help me before I potentially lose my job. DO NOT FALL FOR THESE CHEAP PRICES AND HORRIBLE SERVICE, THEY REALLY DONT CARE!!! If Fred Loya decides to help out, I’ll be more than glad to take this review down, but if you’re reading this, I would strongly advise using someone else, even if it cost a little more.
