They scammed a family member out of money. Charged him for insurance on someone who lived in his apartment BEFORE him. Put that person on his car insurance. Who does that??? He didn’t even know the person. Then to make it worse, when he complained they refused to correct it. So we filed a formal complaint with some government agency that oversees insurance companies. Then they dropped him out of the blue. You can’t make this stuff up. Run from this place! I can’t even imagine how they’d be if you actually had to file a claim and get money from them. Absolutely cut throat and heartless. They stole $700 from him!!

Unprofessional, Everytime you call the answer and instantly put you on hold then forward to voicemail. Update: after years of using this car insurance, continuous increase in rates, unpaid claims and horrible customer service: I was able to get full coverage from a well known company with many perks for way less money. They did not answer the phone for me to make my payment so I looked online for new coverage. I saved money and got more coverage by exploring my options. Don’t be afraid to switch companies! There is better out there.

They have someone on my policy I never heard of. I spoken with someone the night before and told them to remove the unknown person from my policy they said ok you can come in the morning and we have it done. I came in the morning and the girl try to trick me into signing it. Than goes on and try and tell me the girl is my roommate. The only people live with me is my kids 1 boy 15 and 1 girl 16. I could have been working. I’m a single parent and don’t have time for this. Please refund me my money or get that unknown person off it. This is so unprofessional. Next step is BBB!

After 8+ years we left them. My rates have increased for the last 4 renewals for no reason. I bought a new car 09/15/23 called them to add it to my policy so I could drive it home and was told I had to bring it to the office and my drivers license to ad the car to the policy. I told them I couldn't drive it across town without insurance and the response I got was that it was there policy. I could understand if I wanted full coverage but I need basic liability to get to there office. I just won't be dealing with them anymore. Total incompetence if you ask me. Not to mention every time I go into the office for policy changes or payment updates they act like you're putting them out. This is the McKinney tx. Office.
