Fred Loya Insurance

I would give a lower rating if possible. My experience was extremely disappointing. Staff were rude and raised their voices at customers who asked valid, educated questions. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, and I would not recommend spending your money here.

Do not do business with Fred Loya. Save yourself the headache. I have been trying to finalize my claim for a month now, after Fred Loya took 100% liability for my car damage. They won’t return your calls . They will change claim adjusters just to tell you the same info as the last adjuster. They will give you the number to their supervisor which goes straight to voicemail. Save yourself the trouble and don’t do business with this poorly managed company.

Everyone here is rude and doesn't care about anything other than money. Their quotes are lies and they lie to you about small charges and stuff. And the two women in the back have issues or something because they're both extremely rude. These are prime examples of people who have no business being in any type of customer service. Even the manager is a piece of work.

I was recently here a few days ago, and never in my life have I felt that I would feel ashamed for purchasing car insurance. Constantly bombarded with questions that had nothing to do with car insurance, including questions about my personal life. The way I was treated was foul. I definitely do not recommend a spot to anyone

I tried to get auto insurance and I got harassed with a history of peoples names that I might be related too. And they want to know how I'm related. They said they need to exclude these people from driving my car. After I already listed everyone I live with and agreed to sign that no one else in the world would drive my car, they still wanted to throw more names at me: like my dead Grandma and Uncles, and the list never ended. Employee Jasmine harassed me first and then Manager Celia rudely continued it. So I decided to get away from the harassment and find a better company for Auto Insurance. I would advise everyone to avoid Fred Loya and there harassing policy.
