Fred Loya Insurance

This insurance is a joke I had full coverage with them for couple years nver had problem . Until one day someone stole my only car totaled it left it on side freeway. Made report with police and made claim with fred loya . They did nothing for me just gave me run around s. After everything was said and done I got no help from them I wound up having to get another car on payments .it's cheap insurance but I guess you get what you pay for smh

It doesn’t matter what time you call during normal business hours, someone picks up the phone (you can clearly hear people in the background) and then you get immediately hung up on. Horrible customer service at this location.

Veronica helped me reinstate my insurance and I didn't get the name of the other girl but they were both extremely helpful! Very direct and too the point, they were well versed on what to do! I didn't have my registration and they were still able to pull up my old account papers to verify me as the owner! They will make it work!

The girl at the office is great! I called in to get a quote and had insurance on my vehicle by the end of that day. I did everything over the phone and email which was super convenient. Have been with them for a few months now. No complaints.

This review is for the whole insurance company not just this office in particular. If i could leave a half star i would! This is the worst insurance company ever!! I swear they require a test to make sure you are completely dumb to work at this company. I spoke to 7 different people on the phone to file a claim and they all say "well you have to come into the office so we can take pictures of the damages". Seriously they dont have an adjuster to come to you! What if my car was destroyed! Also they ask you to write a report (on a blank piece of copy paper) after already telling the 7 people on the phone what happened. And if you have a 10 month old in the car like i did make sure they were paying attention when the accident happens because they will ask you for a statement from your kids to
