Fred Loya Insurance

I had a very bad experience with this insurance company. After an accident caused by sliding on snow, my vehicle sustained damage to the door, the bumper, and other parts. However, Fred Loya only paid me $1,700, claiming that this was the value of the damages—an amount that is far below the real cost of repairs. On top of the insufficient payment, the process was extremely slow. It took them over two months to give me a response, and their customer service was poor, unprofessional, and lacked any sense of urgency. I felt completely abandoned and disappointed by the way they handled my case. I do not recommend this insurance company. They owe me $1000 and have been avoiding my calls and emails for six months. They think I will eventually just forget about it and move on. I won’t, but think of all the people they must be doing this too. There’s a reason it’s such cheap insurance… they will drag their feet on payouts until most people give up. They fulfill every stereotype of predatory dishonest companies.

Very plain one desk insurance office

Their insurance quotes were outrageous. The gal did not come across as very professional. Highest insurance quotes of anyone I had checked! Yikes!

I love the low prices & all the customer service agent s are really nice & helpful I will continue to to use insurance as long as I havel a vehicle.
