I took my wife’s Honda Fit to the shop because it had multiple issues, and she had recently been involved in a minor hydroplaning incident. Thanks to those guys, everything was fixed in a timely manner and at a very good reasonable price. They explained the issues and the costs clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. Everything was perfect, and I’m glad I took it there.

I had an emergency where I needed a repair on my vehicle asap. I wandered around town trying to find someone that would help me out and most shops wouldn’t give me the time of day. I found this shop and told them my story and they immediately brought me in as if I had known them for years. The team there made me a priority and worked around the clock to make sure I was good to go. Working with them gave me so much hope that there are still good people in this world. I cannot say enough about this business and everyone who works there. If you ever find yourself in the area and are in need of help I’d highly recommend stopping by and I’m sure the team there will go out of their way to assist you.

I have come to Freedman for the past 2 years. They are by far the best, always an easy experience with getting my car fixed. John is extremely genuine and knowledgeable. He made a trip to my broken down car and was able to get it running to take back to the shop. Absolute lifesavers time and time again. On 1/8/26, took my Santa Fe sport 2013 to replace resonator and end muffler. I had the parts, they took care of installing and welding. They needed a gasket and they bought it and inserted as to the job to be completed and the car to be safe for the road. They listened, they advised me well prior to taking my vehicle for this job. I am pleased with the service and their customer service. They are kind and friendly, I am happy I chose them. No noise in my car, funs smooth again. I highly recommend. Thank you so much!
