Unexpectedly, I stopped by here due to my concern regarding my rear tire. I was on by way to Chattanooga coming from Nashville. Reagan, one of the technicians, assisted by checking my tire. In addition, he topped off my fluids and checked the other tires. Reagan was very professional, courteous, and understanding. I was very impressed and truly appreciative. I highly recommend this service center for all services provided. If they treated me like this for tire services, imagine what they would do for other car-related services. Extremely professional and kind. Wanted a custom alignment done to help with tire wear. I had custom spec I wanted, but due to limitations with the truck they couldn’t get the specs exactly right. Instead of just setting it where they could and calling it a day. They brought me back, talked through the issue, made recommendations, and we made a decision on where to set everything. Highly recommend!

Brandon, Greg and their most capable crew of mechanics can take care of just about every automotive issue imaginable: and if it's some weird problem they can't fix, they'll point you to someone who can. I've had them do tire and brake service; engine service; and I get my oil changed every 7500 miles religiously (I supply my own premium synthetic oil and filter) with the tires rotated and brakes inspected. They always do incredible work and their prices are fair and reasonable. They even offer 100-day, 0% financing. We were traveling and spent the night in Manchester. When we were about to leave, our car alerted us that there was low tire pressure on one of the tires. We saw a screw had been picked up along the way. We took it to Freedom Automotive and they got it in immediately and fixed it quickly so that we could get to our daughter’s in SC for a family Thanksgiving!! They were polite, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable!!! We’d give them a 10 Star if we could!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Freedom Automotive for the installation of Carven-R Performance mufflers and Wesdon exhaust tips on my 2007 Corvette. I want to extend a sincere thank you to Brandon Henley and his incredible team for their outstanding work. The exterior sound of my Corvette is now absolutely amazing, turning heads wherever I go. For anyone considering Carven-R mufflers, it's worth noting that there is a bit of drone noise up to 30 MPH, but it dissipates quickly and is hardly noticeable beyond that speed. I'll probably be bugging Brandon to find some space to add some resonators in the future!!
