This dealership is terrible! I wouldn’t even give them one star. They are very deceptive. I was looking to purchase a new SUV. They ran my husband’s credit and he was approved. AFTER the hard hit was applied to his credit they informed me that we could not get the listed sales price because we didn’t have a trade in. The salesman said $5500 dollar difference. I called to speak with the salesman manager , Ethan, to ask how to post this review. His words were “why would I tell you how to post a bad review”? Then he said the difference was only $3K and if I didn’t want to purchase a car with him he was going to hang up. I asked to speak to someone above him but he told me he was the highest person at the dealership and there was nobody over him. Do yourself a favor and take your business with

I had a fantastic experience with Freedom GMC, thanks to Scott Smith. I completed most of my purchase online, which was a little intimidating, but Scott made the process easy and reassuring. He sent fresh, real-time videos of the inside and outside of the vehicle (and even the engine running), which gave me total confidence before purchasing. Friendly, honest, and incredibly helpful — he even returned my rental car so I could get back on the road for my 4-hour drive home without any delays. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing experience while trying to purchase a vehicle at this dealership. Be aware of the additional fees — and be prepared that asking questions about them may not be welcomed. When we tried to get clarification, the interaction quickly became confrontational. The Sales Manager told us, “You need to get out of my office and leave.” At that point, we walked out. If you’re looking for a transparent, respectful car-buying experience, I would strongly recommend considering another dealership.

1 month ago I purchased a used 2023 GMC Yukon XL from Greenville Buick GMC and was told it had passed their used vehicle inspection, that all necessary repairs were completed, and that it was safe to drive. I was given an AutoCheck report and purchased my own Carfax, neither of which disclosed ongoing history of transmission issues. I didn’t even make it home from the dealership the same day I bought it because during the first drive the vehicle experienced a major torque converter and transmission failure, forcing me to take it directly to another dealership where it has now been sitting for 30 days undergoing replacement of major drivetrain components. The next day I requested a copy of the dealership’s used vehicle safety inspection report to understand how they sold me a car with major
