couple of things stood out that I really appreciated the experience. First, calling the dealership and requesting assistance to get my truck towed was a very smooth experience. Then at the dealership, Chey took care of the whole situation better than I had expected. Whole thing was a smooth experience. Chey walked me through the entire process and took care of the rest. He even offered to get me ride to work. The turnaround time for the repair was great too. All in all, as much as anyone would dislike have to face car problems, having competent communicative support at the dealership turned this to a relatively positive experience. Glad I chose Ram

I was waiting in line for a long time at discount tire and I called Ed Morse Jeep in Sherman and they said they can get me in right away. I bought my jeep almost 6 months ago and I knew I had a slow leak. The service center replaced my tire and it was covered under my warranty. I received excellent care. I have night my last three vehicles there and I’m treated like family!!! I absolutely love this establishment!

Service advisor Micah is awesome! Answered every question and concern. After my initial concerns, he advised a couple of things I was not aware of that needed attention without sounding like trying to make a sale. It acted me regularly with updates. The waiting area is awesome,
