Freedom Muffler of Santa Cruz

Great experience at freedom muffler. Showed up with my own muffler and resonator, but John recommended we test fit a few different options of exhaust on my truck. Tried out three different mufflers and settled on one of his options. Also talked about routing of the exhaust for the cleanest install and serviceability. Nice to have someone listen to your ideas and offer positive feedback rather than just get you out the door quickly as possible. Exhaust turned out beautiful and was obvious John took his time on it to make it as neatly routed as possible. Great work, service and more than fair pricing, will be returning in the future on other projects. Thank you John!

Excellent experience at freedom muffler. John was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! He gave me some really good advice on what parts to use to achieve the custom exhaust sound I wanted. He made sure to walk me through all of my options and explained everything thoroughly. Because of his advice, I actually saved a good amount of money by returning a performance muffler I ended up not needing.

He engages with you and provides you with his expert recommendations; but, and this is key, he listens to your needs and acts accordingly. He’s my new go-to muffler guy!
