Absolute 5 stars across the board. I needed to have my car towed to my house after the disappointment of being told that it would be too expensive to fix 😔. I asked Shelton Towing for help and they refused to assist me and were very dismissive. I googled other towing companies in the area and found Freedom. Not only did they listen to me without brushing me off they came fast to get my car. They were so nice and I am beyond grateful for their service. Will be recommending them moving forward. 1

We waited almost 2 hours for them to show up only for them to call at the last minute and cancel the job with no explanation while we are still sitting here with a flat tire and no way to get anywhere. If it were possible to give them less stars I would. Edit: This Company obviously cares about their customers and their company image. They saw this review and tracked me down to apologize even though it turned out to be that my insurance company (the douchers) canceled them over an hour in to us sitting there and left us stranded for no reason other than they didn't want to pay a higher premium from Carbondale to Marion. After being lied to by Sheltons towing about them not being able to remove our vehicle from a lot when we had the keys and permission to move it, as we were waiting Sheltons came to tow another vehicle out of the lot after telling they could not help us. So we called Freedom towing and they came and hooked us up faster than the other guy and we were on our way! Highly recommend!!!

This gentleman was invaluable. I use a walker and he was so kind and helpful. He carefully helped me get into the tow truck. He got our car back to the dealership and he got me home. If you need help, this is the tow company to use. Thank you, Freedom Towing

Best tow company in Southern Illinois. My car broke down on the way to work. Called Freedom Towing and they came all the way up past Willisville picked up my car and brought it home. Excellent customer service and price. They will always get my business and support.
