Plaza Tire Service

Great and straight to the point. Went in for a tire repair and ended up needing a tire replacement. They helped me pick out a new solid tire and were quick to get it done even though they were short staffed at the time. They did a great job. Highly recommend this place.

My wife took her 2019 Expedition to the Carbondale location for brakes. Brakes were replaced and an alignment was recommended. 5 days later (yesterday) she pulls into the church parking lot and someone walks up and shows her a lug nut that came off. She takes a look and 2 are missing and all are loose. Got them tightened down and a new one placed. She goes back to that same Plaza shop today and the desk guy is not only condescending but tells her that there’s no way the guy who did the work forgot to tighten to specs. They are going to “pull the video” to prove it. 1 out of 5 ⭐️. Don’t recommend.

Dakota and his team were professional and willing to work me in even though they were very busy. Dakota's customer service was exceptional and his ability to multi-task and make each customer feel important is very rare. He took time to get to know his customers. I also was to say thank you to James.The DM should be proud of the Carbondale location. I will be back and will not hesitate to recommend Plaza Tire to friends and co-workers. Thank you!

I came in with a flat tire and no idea that my husband’s car had locking lug-nuts!! The staff was fantastic! They managed to get the locking nut off the tire and repaired the tire in no time and had me on my way. They even gave me a fantastic price on what could’ve been a difficult fix! 10/10 recommend!!

I have been very impressed by the quality of attention, service, and care I received at Plaza Tire both times I was their customer. Today, I decided to share my positive experience with them, which I have never done for any establishment before. That alone says a lot about the people who work there and manage the store as I am basically lazy about such matters. On both visits, the person assessing my tire needs recognized and commented on my veterans license plate. Both times, I received a veteran discount and an extra thing too. During both visits, their hoists were full and guys were running around attending to vehicles. They were packed, but found a way to squeeze me in and take care of my personal emergency. Today when I called to schedule an appointment the first opening was Tuesday
